At CyberClaims, our mission is to assist victims of cryptocurrency scams in recovering their funds and navigating the complex world of crypto-related fraud. Unfortunately, scammers have started exploiting our name and credibility to target unsuspecting victims.
We’ve been alerted that these fraudsters are contacting individuals, pretending to represent CyberClaims. They direct victims to our legitimate website, creating an illusion of trust, and then demand payments via phone calls or unauthorized methods such as cryptocurrency transfers.
How They Operate
- Phone Calls: Scammers call victims and claim to be CyberClaims representatives.
- Legitimate Website Reference: To build credibility, they may ask you to visit our website, cyberclaims.net.
- Payment Demands: Once they’ve gained your trust, they demand payments over the phone or request cryptocurrency transactions.
How to Identify Legitimate CyberClaims Communication
- All emails and correspondence will ONLY come from the domain @cyberclaims.net.
- We NEVER accept payments over the phone or in cryptocurrency. Payments, if required, will always be detailed in official written agreements.
- If you are ever unsure about the legitimacy of a contact, email us directly at contact@cyberclaims.net for verification.
What You Should Do
- Do Not Engage: If someone claiming to be from CyberClaims demands payment via phone or crypto, immediately end the call.
- Verify: Always confirm the legitimacy of communications through our official email.
- Report: Let us know about any suspicious interactions. Your feedback helps us combat impersonation fraud.
CyberClaims is committed to transparency and ethical practices. Protect yourself by staying vigilant and informed. Together, we can fight back against these fraudsters.
